                      KAMO加茂齿条、加茂齿圈的机械原理

                          KAMO加茂齿条是一种全新的直线运动产品,是齿条技术上的一个重大突破。如下图所示,基础圆在平面上进行无滑动的滚动时,圆周上的?#25105;?#28857;P划过的轨迹就被称为“摆线”。如果取圆周上的复数等间距点,平面上?#31361;?#24418;成规则的摆线和理论的齿形。
                          将滚珠放置于每个P点上充当“齿轮”,齿形的轮廓充当“齿条”,齿轮齿条相啮合,这就是TCG系列产品的工作运行原理。
                          TCG的工作运行是理论上的重大突破,消除了传统齿轮齿条啮合时?#26696;?#20999;”的缺陷,而且滚轮上总是有多个滚子同时在与齿条啮合,极大地提高滚轮齿条的刚性及精?#21462;?BR>    KAMO加茂齿条的精?#32570;?#26222;通齿轮高,噪音和振动要比普通齿轮齿条低;滚轮齿条比滚珠丝杠的运行速度快,运行距离大,寿命长;滚轮齿条比调速带的刚性好,精度也要高。
