                      LCD毛刷在LCD生产中清洗工艺的要求

                      LCD毛刷主要用于TFT-LCD生产过程中清洗制程,清洗的主要目的是去除玻璃基板表面残留的颗粒。生产过程中的颗粒种类很多。常见的有玻璃碎屑,?#39029;荊?#24494;小有机物或纤维等。如果不能有效地去除玻璃基板表面残留的颗粒就会产生如金属层之间短路,大面积脱落或者残留等各种不良现象,从而最终影响产品的各种电学性能。

                        目前,TFT-LCD制程清洗工艺流程:
                      上料→喷淋→立式盘刷洗→?#20811;?#20914;洗→卧式滚刷洗→?#20811;?#20914;洗→卧式辊刷洗→冷风切水→?#20811;?#20914;洗→超声波清洗→冷风切水→喷淋→冷风切水→热风干燥。

                        其中LCD毛刷对于粒径大于3μm的颗粒的清洗效果很好。LCD毛刷通过紧贴玻璃基板表面高速旋转,可以有效去除粘附或者沉积在金属和非金属膜层的大颗粒颗粒。因此LCD毛刷质量的关键将影响玻璃基板的洗净率,我公司进口韩国知名品牌的毛刷,已经广泛使用于日本、韩国、中国的大量TFT-LCD生产线,清洗干净彻底,不伤玻璃,寿命长久。
